FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to [1,2,5]chalcogenadiazole[3,4-c]pyridine derivatives of general formula (1), in which X = S or Se. Invention also relates to an organic light-emitting diode comprising a carrier base made in the form of a substrate with a transparent anode layer on which there is a hole blocking layer, then there is a hole conducting layer, on which there is a light-emitting layer of organic substance, made from a compound of general formula (1) and organic transport material, then electrically conductive layer and electron injection enhancing layer are arranged in series, on top of which cathode is located.
         
      
EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds which can be used as organic dyes in a light-emitting layer of an organic safe light-emitting diode most suitable for illuminating residential premises in the dark.
