FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine-building, namely to internal combustion engines with rotating working bodies, and can be used in land, sea and air vehicles. The engine contains a rotor 5, working chambers in the form of the bellows located between the walls 6 of the chambers implemented with a possibility of rotation along a circle around the axis of rotation of the rotor 5 and providing increase and decrease of volume of working chambers. The engine is fitted with the hinges 8 fixed on the walls 6 of chambers or on the rotor 5. Axes of rotation of the rotor 5 and walls 6 of chambers are connected by an elbow. Walls 6 of chambers are installed on the bearings 7 providing mutually independent rotation of walls 6. The rotor 5 contains the zones of application for hinges 8 providing rotation of walls 6 of chambers with a variable angular speed. Walls 6 of chambers are connected by elastic mechanisms which together with chambers in the form of bellows are implemented with a possibility of accumulation of forces of braking and transmission of these forces during acceleration.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing balance of mechanisms, equilibration of the angular moments of rotation and ensuring more effective operation.
