SUBSTANCE: gas burner for domestic kitchen stoves includes a mixer with a bowl-shaped housing, which is adjacent to a gas atomiser, a gear rim with multiple flame channels, which is located on the top of the above housing, and a cover plate covering the gear rim from above. At least two flame channels located opposite each other are made in the form of a horizontal rectangular slot and covered with a plate bent horizontally in the form of an arch towards a gas-air mixture flow.

EFFECT: improving combustion efficiency of a gas-air mixture due to increase of heat exchange of a hot gas-air mixture at the bottom of kitchenware.
