FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: compression pump contains the piston 2 installed with a gap 3 in the cylinder 4 with the suction 5 and injection 6 check valves connecting the compression cavity 7 of the cylinder 4 with the source and the consumer of the compressed gas. The lower part of the cylinder 4 contains the pump cavity 8 filled with liquid, and connected by the suction 9 and injection 10 check valves with the source and consumer of liquid under pressure. The piston 2 has an internal cavity 11. The lower part 12 of the cavity 11 is filled with liquid, and the upper one 13 - with gas. Parallel to the cylinder 4 the slide valve, with the housing 14 with spring-loaded element 16 loaded by spring 15 with bores 17 and 18, is installed. The lower end face of the element 16 is connected with the channel 19 which connects this end face with the liquid injection line. The housing 14 has through holes 20 and 21 passing by one side into atmosphere, and by other side - into the gap 3. In the hole 21 from the atmosphere side the check automatic valve 23 is installed. At the back and forth motion of the piston 2 the volumes of cavities 7 and 8 are changed, therefore gas is sucked through the valve 5 into the compressor cavity 7, compressed in it, and is supplied to the consumer through the valve 6, the liquid is sucked through the valve 9 into the cavity 8, compressed in it and is supplied to the consumer through the valve 10.
EFFECT: maintaining of constant pressure of the consumer in the larger range of capacity.
