FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piston-type energy machines of volumetric action and can be used for the creation of vibration-free compressors, pumps, internal combustion engines, as well as hybrid machines – pump compressors and motor-pump compressors. Machine consists of housing 1 in which gas cylinders 2 and 3 are located with working pistons 8 and 9 and with self-acting suction 4 and 5 and discharge valves 5 and 6. Through rods 10 and 11, working pistons 8 and 9 are connected to crank-and-slider mechanism 12 which converts the synchronous and oppositely directed rotational movement of shafts 19 and 20 into reciprocating motion of pistons 8 and 9. By means of the rack and pinion, this movement is transmitted to additional pistons 23 and 24, which are compressed in cylinders 25 and 26 and supply liquid to cooling shells 51 and 52 of cylinders 2 and 3 first, and then to the consumer. Cylinders 25 and 26 are provided with self-acting suction 35 and 36 and discharge valves 37 and 38. Additional pistons 23 and 24 act as counterbalances that completely compensate for the inertia forces of pistons 8 and 9 with mechanism 12. Specific power of the machine is increased by increasing the ratio of the power to the mass of the machine. Balancing the inertial forces of the uneven movement of the main piston or main pistons is achieved through the use of additional pistons moving in antiphase with the main or main pistons.
