FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rocket-and-space equipment and is designed to be used as a dynamically stable drain safety valve (DSV) to provide for release of gas overpressure from vessels and pipelines. The dynamically stable drain safety valve comprises a main valve and an auxiliary valve connected to each other and to the vessel being protected by pipelines, they consist of casings with sealing seats and locking spring-loaded dish-like plates. The dish plate of the main valve is spring-loaded by mechanical and gas springs and has one degree of freedom as per the leading cylinder along the valve axis. Annular grooves are made on the outer surface of the leading cylinder at the main valve casing at the maximal distance from each other. Expanding rings which interact with the inner guiding surface of the dish plate, are installed in these grooves with minimal gap in the axial direction. The outer diameter of the dish plate sealing surface is equal to the outer diameter of the sealing seat of the main valve casing.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at the increase of DSV reliability and operability along with keeping constant setting of the valve in the whole range of operating flow rates together with providing for stable operation due to the prevention of self-vibrations.
