FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used to increase efficiency and reduce metal consumption of a boiler of a boiler turbine dioxide-carbon power plant (CO2-PP) using carbon dioxide (CO2) as working medium. Boiler turbine CO2-PP contains boiler 1 with superheater 2 CO2 high pressure (CO2 h.p.), turbine 3 consisting of two high and low pressure (HPT and LPT) turbines 3a and 3b communicated at CO2 h.p. inlet with superheater 2 to CO2 h.p. output, recuperator 4 consisting of high-temperature recuperator HTR 4a and low-temperature recuperator LTR 4b communicated at outlet via heated CO2 h.p. with superheater 2 input to CO2 h.p., at CO2 low pressure inlet (CO2 l.p.) – with output of LPT 3b by CO2 l.p., cooler 5 communicated at CO2 l.p. inlet with output of LTR 4b by CO2 l.p., and compressor 6 communicated at CO2 l.p. inlet with coolant 5 output by CO2 l.p., at output by CO2 h.p. – with input of LTR 4b by CO2 h.p. Boiler comprises bypass heater (BH) 10, installed in gas channel of boiler behind superheater 2, communicated at CO2 h.p. output with superheater 2 input to CO2 h.p., at CO2 h.p. inlet – with output of LTR 4b by CO2. h.p., control valve (CV) 11 installed on CO2 h.p. supply line from LTR 4b to BH 10 to allow adjustment of CO2 h.p. supply in Bh 10 by condition of equality of temperatures CO2 h.p. at outputs Bh 10 and HYR 4a by CO2 h.p., furnace 12 operating on gas fuel, and air heater (AH), consisting of high-temperature and low-temperature stages 13 and 16 and installed in boiler gas circuit behind BH 10. Boiler turbine CO2-PP contains liquid fuel heater 15, gas-liquid heat exchanger 17 installed between stages of AH 3 and 16, and air separation unit 19 communicated at air inlet with environment, at outlet of oxygen-enriched air – with inlet of low-temperature stage 16 of AH by air.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing efficiency of boiler and boiler-turbine CO2-PP.
