METHOD OF INCREASING NONSPECIFIC RESISTANCE OF ORGANISM IN CONDITIONS OF COLD IMPACT Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61K31/708 A61K31/194 A61P43/00

Abstract RU 2560678 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine and can be applied for the increase of the nonspecific resistance of a warm-blooded organism in conditions of a cold impact. The method includes the daily introduction of a medication immediately before three-hour cooling in a climate chamber at a temperature of -15°C. The medication Remaxol is introduced intraperitoneally to rats in a dose of 100 mg/kg of weight for 6 days.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to ensure an increase of nonspecific resistance, based on an increase of the activity of antioxidant system components and reduction a degree of the accumulation of radial type products and lipid peroxides in the organism of cooled mice and rats under conditions of reducing the duration of the course of the correction of peroxidation processes in the warm-blooded organism to 6 days.
