FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: electric machine consists of a stator, a rotor installed in the stator with a gap. The rotor winding is fitted by ventilation radial ducts which are connected with subgroove channels and the gap. A rotating guide vane is mounted in the axial channel which is separated from a stator cooling system by a cylindrical element. The axial channel is communicated with the subgroove channels and a feeding channel. A stationary guide vane is installed in the feeding channel and provides for preliminary swirling of a cooling gas flow in the direction of the rotor rotation.
EFFECT: reduced mechanical losses, provision for an even distribution of the cooling gas by the rotor channels and efficient cooling of the rotor winding.
