FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser engineering and a device for inputting laser radiation into the end face of an optical element. The device includes multiple laser radiation sources, each provided with adjustment means, a target, an observation unit and a screen. The observation unit is in the form of a lens placed at a distance from the target which is greater than the focal distance but less than double the focal distance of the lens. The screen is placed in the plane of the sharp image of the target formed by the lens. The target is in the form of a reticle of two laser radiation-resistant wires, wherein the thickness of the wires is less than the minimum dimension of the image of the laser spot and the centre of the reticle coincides with the centre of the end of the optical element.
EFFECT: facilitating the input of radiation from multiple radiation sources, controlling the position of images at the end face of an optical element and enabling multiple usage of the target.
