FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: valvate mixing device for the intermittent combustion boiler contains the chamber for burning of gaseous fuel with the cylindrical cavity closed by a face wall with a passage hole from one side and open - from another, the ignition device installed in the cavities of the combustion chamber, the fuel and air supply device fitted with receivers with check valves, the mixing device with the dosing holes which is interconnected with the combustion chamber through the passage hole in the end wall, the deflector for change of direction of flows of gaseous fuel installed at the distance from the closed combustion chamber end face determining the size of the ring channel for discharge of air-gas mix from the mixing device into the combustion chamber. The dosing holes in the wall of the chamber of the mixing device are designed with the chordate direction of gas flow turbulence in the cylindrical chamber of the mixing device.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve operational reliability of the valvate and mixing device in the mode of the intermittent combustion and to reduce emissions of harmful substances.
