FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: heat well for extraction or discharge to soil of heat energy operates as follows: heat carrier 2 circulates via closed hydraulic circuit 5 formed with tight cavity 3 of heat well 1 and cavity of internal pipe 4. Additionally, internal pipe 4 s heat-insulated with porous material 6 with closed pores, due to which the coldest heat carrier 2 enters the warmest point (bottom of the heat well) without any temperature potential losses, which provides for maximum temperature head between soil and heat carrier of the heat well. With that, due to air compression in closed pores of porous material 6 temperature expansion/compression of heat carrier 2 of heat well 1 is compensated.
EFFECT: invention relates to construction and can be used for energetically and environmentally effective heat and cold supply to buildings and structures of different purposes.
