FIELD: engines and pumps; heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device comprising heat pump equipment and a system for collection of low-grade heat of soil, consisting of two or more zones, connected in parallel to heat pump equipment, each comprising one or more vertical tight ground heat exchangers of coaxial type with an internal pipe, coated with a heat insulating layer of porous material with closed pores. Each of zones of ground heat exchanger has hydraulically isolated circulation circuit, connected with a reserve of heat carrier tank via feed pump with check valve and bypass line containing electrically controlled discharge valve. In each zone feed pump and discharge valve for automatic control are connected to controller connected to a temperature sensor at outlet of corresponding zone of thermal wells. Furthermore, to increase efficiency of thermal wells elastic material with closed pores has shaped outer surface with circular or spiral projections.
EFFECT: using invention increases efficiency of ground heat exchanger.
