FIELD: heating system.
SUBSTANCE: method of work of ground heat exchangers system using heat energy or a cold resource of soil mass with the help of a heat pump. At the same time, several vertical ground heat exchangers are placed in the soil mass with the use of "ice water" as a low-grade coolant. Thus, water containing ice slush is used as the coolant, which allows to ensure the adaptation of the system to the changing conditions of low-grade heat incoming from the soil mass. A device for implementing the method is also provided.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure the automatic regulation of ground heat exchangers system without the use of special regulating equipment.
