SUBSTANCE: claimed is group of inventions, dealing with stable pharmaceutical composition, possessing synergic action, for treatment of inflammatory intestinal disease. Composition contains: a) prednisolone metasulphobenzoate (PMSB) or its acceptable salts, preferably prednisolone sodium metasulphobenzoate and b) 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA), its derivatives, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or prodrug, selected from the group ipsalazine, balsalazine, sulphasalazine, salazopyrin, salazosulfopyridine, olsalazine, or their mixture. Claimed are: set, including granules of said composition for recovery with obtaining clyster and flask, application of said ingredients for obtaining composition and methods of containing compositions (versions).
EFFECT: increased stability of claimed compositions.
