FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydrogen sulphide neutraliser (scavenger), which includes production wastes in the form of spent methyl diethanolamine-based absorbent from the absorption purification section of an ammonia synthesis assembly AM-76 - 5-30 wt %, N-methylpyrrolidone - 5-25 wt % and carbamide-formaldehyde concentrate KFK - the balance. The invention also relates to a version of the hydrogen sulphide neutraliser (scavenger) and a method of purifying oil, oil products, hydrocarbon gases, formation waste water and process liquids from hydrogen sulphide.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the neutraliser, which provides high degree of purification of hydrocarbon and aqueous media.
