SUBSTANCE: combined cycle power plant (2) contains the component (66) with the internal volume (68) intended for placement of condensate of steam or exhaust gas (22) of a gas turbine. Around the external surface of the component (66) of the combined cycle power station the material (72) with phase transition is located. The plant also contains the limiting structure (70) enclosing the component (66) with formation of external volume (71) between the component (66) and the named structure (70). The material (72) with phase transition is located in the named external volume (71) and implemented with a possibility of absorption of heat from internal volume (68) during operation of the combined cycle plant and heat release with a possibility of maintaining of high temperature of internal volume (68) after shutdown of the gas turbine.
EFFECT: decrease of supply of heat necessary for the plant restart is achieved.
