SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to determine biological activity of drinking water. That is ensured by measuring bound water content, as well as total water mineralisation by dry weight; a structure index (SI) is derived as a relation of the bound water content to total mineralisation in standard units. The more the SI increases, the higher the biological activity of water is.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine the quality of the drinking water.
