SUBSTANCE: invention contains at least two clamping cams, on them the clamping jaws are installed, they are made with possibility of installation radially to axis of rotation to clamp and to release the part, and are located uniformly distributed over the perimeter of the end plate of the chunk. The operation properties for central and/or aligning clamping of the pipe are improved such that for each clamping cam there are, from one side, provided in the end plate tangentially to the axis of rotation and loaded by the installation device transverse cams, they have at the longitudinal side the cam block made in form of toothed rack, and from the other side there are individual tooth-wheels in engagement with the toothed racks. Each clamping cam at its bottom side is provided with clamp, that to change direction of movement of the transverse cams by setting movement of the clamping cam at right angle to axis of rotation is in engagement with gate-like guide slot provided in the cam block of the transverse cams. At that for the toothed wheels connection the connected pinion is provided, it is switched on and off axially to the axis of rotation.
