SUBSTANCE: suspension of sodium alginate and the agent E472s in butanol is added to cephalosporin powder in benzene, after cephalosporin forms the independent solid phase, carbon tetrachloride is added, the resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered, at that the ratio of core/shell in the nanocapsules is 1:3.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of the process of production of nanocapsules of cephalosporin antibiotics with increasing their yield by weight.
