SUBSTANCE: according to the method of the invention the aminoglycoside antibiotic is added by portions to the sodium alginate suspension in butyl alcohol containing the preparation E472s as surface-active substance. The mass ratio aminoglycoside antibiotic:sodium alginate is 1:1 or 1:3. The mix is stirred, chloroform is added, the ready suspension of nanocapsules is filtered, chloroform is washed out and dried. The process is performed within 15 minutes.
EFFECT: reduction of time.
