SUBSTANCE: invention represents method of preparation encapsulation by method of precipitation with non-solvent, characterised by the fact that antibiotics are used as nanocapsule cores, and as shell used is konjac gum, which is precipitated from suspension in hexane by addition of 1,2-dichloroethane as non-solvent at temperature 25°C.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of process of obtaining nanocapsules, reduction of loss in the process of obtaining nanocapsules.
