FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry, namely to solid-fuel boilers for heating and hot water supply for domestic needs. A gas-generating boiler consists of a housing, a fuel combustion chamber, a furnace chamber located under the fuel combustion chamber, a loading hopper, a heat exchanger and an air supply system. The fuel combustion chamber is made in the boiler housing; the heat exchanger is located around the fuel combustion chamber, and the fuel loading hopper is made in the furnace chamber cavity; with that, the air supply system for fuel combustion consists of two turning screens having perforated outlines with cavities, put on the fuel; axes of screens are located along edges of the loading hopper and turned in a vertical plane towards the combustion chamber at fuel combustion.

EFFECT: invention will allow maintaining a certain temperature of heat carrier during the whole period of time of upper layer-by-layer fuel combustion.
