FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: discontinuous unit for axial batching of trace components includes a frame, feed hoppers, auger feeders, weighing trays with weight sensors placed on a common shaft and a control system. The auger on the length of the feeder comprises four portions with a different pitch and different structure: a first portion with an identical auger pitch; a second portion with a pitch twice longer than the first; a third portion with double-helical auger flights; and a fourth portion without auger flights.
EFFECT: reduced non-uniformity of output of the product from the feeder, ensuring constant and stable supply of material at the output of the feeder and high accuracy of batching trace components.
