SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. The device contains coiler (110) with drum (112) for the metal strap coiling in roll (200), and pulled out trolley (120) with supports (124) to receive the roll (200) from the drum and for its pulling out the coiler (110). For additional securing of the metal strap in the coiler the first pressing cantilever (130) is provided to ensure the first pressing force (F1) to the roll (200) periphery, and second pressing cantilever (150) made with possibility of the rest in the roll (200) hole ensuring in the roll hole the second pressing force (F2).
EFFECT: roll protection against uncoiling during its transportation and movement.
