SUBSTANCE: present invention enables solving a problem of designing a disposable diaper with Velcro fasteners provided with a front insert fastener element creating no abdomen pressure sensation in the user. The present invention is based on the fact that there is a possibility to avoid user's abdomen contact with the front insert fastener element, and wearing comfort level increases if a segment, wherein the user's abdomen can contact the front insert fastener element, is slotted. In other words, the present invention refers to disposable diapers with Velcro fasteners, provided with ribbon fastening pulls and the front insert fastener element, and is characterised by the fact that a slot centre forming a bent towards the inside of the front insert fastener element, is configured at least towards an upper edge of the front insert fastener element, whereas a bent apex of the above centre is arranged in the centre of the front insert fastener element.
