SUBSTANCE: invention relates to absorbent products, including a disposable diaper and similar. Absorbent product comprises an absorbing element and top sheet located on side facing the skin surface of absorbing element. Absorbing element comprises an absorbent core and sheet wrapping core, which covers at least, facing skin surface of absorbent core. Top sheet has multiple protrusions extending towards user's skin. Absorbent core has at least one groove passing in preset direction and having part groove width in absorbent core gradually increases from side facing skin surface to side not facing skin surface, and at least at its end having larger width, slot has a hole. Part of sheet for wrapping core, which covers facing skin surface of absorbent core has fluid leakage time defined for low-viscosity liquid and measured by fluid leakage time measurement for low-viscosity liquid of 2.5 seconds or less.

EFFECT: disclosed is an absorbent product having excellent ability to absorb liquid discharge, such as urine or liquid stool, and providing reduced sticking of liquid discharge to skin of wearer.
