FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine for preparation and dispensing of beverages, which contains as a heating device and cooling device for heating or cooling water supply source. Heating device and cooling device have a valve installed between them in third channel for water supply, which controls or limits flow from heating device or cooling device. Machine for dispensing additionally comprises multiple vessels which store powder or concentrate of long-term storage, and multiple mixers, connected with vessels and serving for mixing powders or concentrates with hot or cold water.
EFFECT: such mechanism provides for dispensing hot or cold beverages, including beverages based on powder concentrate or syrup and water; furthermore, for preparation of warm beverages pre-cooled concentrates can be mixed with hot water.
