SUBSTANCE: device intended for cutting-out cloaca and opening poultry carcass abdomen consists of a framework (1), a drive sprocket (6), a stationary shaft (2) with a tracer templet (3), a rotor (4) bearing the upper (7) and the lower (13) working tools with a movable frame (16) where each working tool (13) is installed stationarily, the loop-shaped appliance designed in the form of a flat loop (25) whereon (on the horizontal axis (26)) a flat blade is mounted so that to enable rotation (27), the blade connected to the rocking pusher (32) by means of a rack-and-gear drive (28, 29) with the breast clamp is equipped (in the lower part) with a V-shaped plate (20) and consists of two parts (19 and 22), fitted onto the common axle (21) and pressed to each other with a spring (24).

EFFECT: design simplification, decrease of labour intensity of the device manufacturing and operation and improvement of poultry carcass treatment quality.
