FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for poultry carcass evisceration contains a framework (1), a driving gearwheel (6), a stationary shaft (2) with conic cams (3, 4, 5) and a rotor (7) carrying the working tools (17) with grips (18) fixing the tools in the form of loops (20), pins (21) and support plates (22) and corrective tools with spring-loaded orientation plates (23) and collar bone lifts (27). The cams are cylindrical-shaped while the working tools grips are installed so that to enable sliding across the inner surface of the carcass along the bone clamped to the support plate and turn upon reaching the lowest point from the bone towards the carcass breast.
EFFECT: design simplification, decrease of labour intensity of the device manufacturing and maintenance and increase of the resulting product quality.
