SUBSTANCE: poultry carcass evisceration device (39) consists of a framework (1), a drive (3,4), tracer templets (24, 25, 26), fixing (30, 31), correcting (33, 34) and working tools, each working tool designed in the form of a double-arm lever with an eyelet (18) and a working element (13) containing of a loop (14) with teeth (15) and a cover (16) with a convex surface (17); the working tool is equipped with a mirror element (13) in the form of a continuous plate (22) stationarily mounted on the bearing slider (8).
EFFECT: device design simplification, decrease of the device manufacturing cost and maintenance labour costs.
