SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor tire tread pattern. Tread is provided with: a pair of longitudinal grooves (3) of crown passing on both sides of centre line (C) of tire, crown rib (5) between longitudinal grooves (3) of crown, a pair of shoulder longitudinal grooves (4) passing between crown longitudinal grooves (3) and edges (2t) of tread contact with ground, middle ribs (6) between crown longitudinal grooves (3) and shoulder longitudinal grooves (4), and shoulder ribs (7) between shoulder longitudinal grooves (4) and edges (2t) of tread contact with ground. Volume fraction Rc of grooves which represents total volume of grooves and lamellas to crown rib (5) volume ratio, volume fraction Rm of grooves relative to middle ribs (6) and volume fraction Rs of grooves relative to shoulder ribs (7) satisfy relation Rc ≤ Rm ≤ Rs.
EFFECT: better driving stability due to increased cornering power in the whole range of loads including low loads range.
