FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anticorrosion coatings for protection against corrosion and abrasive wear of underground metal constructions of various purposes, in particular steel screw piles. System of anticorrosion paint coating consists of two layers: primer and covering. Primer layer contains binding agent - mixture of silicon organic enamel and Asmol varnish, filling agent - highly disperse zinc and solvent - petroleum solvent, with the following component ratio, wt.p.: silicon organic enamel KO-198 100; Asmol varnish 20-25; filling agent (highly disperse zinc) 8-12; solvent - to working viscosity. Covering layer contains silicon organic enamel as binding agent, filling agent - mixture of graphite and molybdenum disulphide, additionally siccative - cobalt naphthenate, and solvent - petroleum solvent, with the following component ratio, wt.p.: silicon organic enamel KO-198 100; mixture of graphite and molybdenum disulphide (4:1) 6-8; cobalt naphthenate 2-2.5; solvent - working viscosity.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase resistance to corrosion and abrasive wear and obtain composition, providing tensile strength 11,5-17,5 MPa, relative elongation at rupture 35-45%, coefficient of friction on metal (St 3) at 20°C 0,035-0,045, adhesive strength to steel surface 65-72 MPa.
