FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of large-size concrete blocks in an autoclave involves placement of a reinforcement cage into a metal mould, laying of concrete mix into the mould, autoclave treatment of the concrete mix by water vapour under pressure through an open surface of the concrete mix in the mould. With that, the mould provided with a tight cover serves as an autoclave. Prior to laying of the concrete mix in the mould, vertical steam wells are installed in the mould throughout mix laying height. The above steam wells are made of tubes with walls permeable for steam but not permeable for fine filler of the concrete mix. In the cover of the mould, to steam supply nozzles located opposite the steam wells there connected are perforated tubes - steam injectors that are arranged inside the steam wells and borne against the mould bottom after installation of the cover on the mould. Pressure water vapour is supplied to steam injectors and autoclave treatment of the concrete mix is performed in the mould additionally through the steam wells.
EFFECT: manufacture in an autoclave mould of large-size concrete blocks with unlimited structural dimensions.
