SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of civil and industrial buildings and structures. In the method of producing a pipe concrete column with a core of dense silicate concrete as an autoclave, a pipe of pipe concrete column is made, which is equipped with two detachable covers – top and bottom, space between pipe column and steam wells is filled with silicate concrete mixture, which provides production of silicate concrete core of pipe concrete column with compression strength class B60 – B80 and grade by density in D220 – D240, concrete mixture is laid into the pipe without leaving a gap between the surface of the laid concrete mixture and the upper cover of the pipe; removal of the steam condensate (water) accumulating at the bottom of the steam distillation wells is carried out by gravity outside the column through the branch pipes located opposite to steam distillation wells in the lower cover of the pipe of the column.

EFFECT: increased adhesion of concrete core to pipe column and combined perception of workloads by pipe column and its concrete core due to barothermal action on concrete solution and inner walls of pipe column, as well as reducing production time of pipe concrete column compared to column with core from atmospheric hardening concrete.
