SUBSTANCE: needle is inserted subcutaneously within major representations of lymph nodes of an area of interest. An anaesthetic and a vehicle preparation having lymphotropic activity are administered through the inserted needle. The needle is left inserted for about 5 minutes at the end of which a mesotherapeutic mixture in accordance with a cosmetic skin problem is administered through the same needle using a syringe or a dose unit.

EFFECT: intensifying the mesotherapeutic effects ensured by the target delivery of the mixture components into the lymphatic system and by increasing the mesotherapeutic components concentration in the lymphatic system, wherein the above components are absorbed on lymphocytes that deliver them to all the regions of the area of interest actively; that is also promoted by the extensive representation of the lymph nodes in the facial and whole body skin.
