FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology and physiotherapy. Procedure is performed by the CarboxyPen apparatus by mesotherapeutic introduction of carbon dioxide, by means of mesotherapeutic needles, 30G by the Gauge scale, with length from 6 to 13 mm: intracutaneously or subcutaneously, in 3–10 points, at depth of 3–6 mm. At that, 2 to 5 ml of carbon dioxide is used for 1 prick-in. Total amount of carbon dioxide per one procedure makes 10–20 ml. Therapeutic course makes 5-6 times, every other day. Carbon dioxide injections are carried out near skin areas where there are manifestations of edema and neuropathies at distance of 0.1–1 cm from them and along the postaural, submandibular and neck reservoirs at distance of 0.1–1 cm.

EFFECT: method enables higher accuracy, preventive action, reduced length of treatment, reduced costs and simplified technology of medical rehabilitation and therapy in cosmetology.
