FIELD: cosmetology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular technologies and can be used for anti-aging treatments, elimination of skin defects such as scarring, wounds, burns. Method comprises mesotherapeutic administration to a patient cultured autologous fibroblasts, obtained by one of known methods, using following obtained concentration and mode of administration. First preparing a first dilution (D1) by combining 1 ml of fibroblast cell suspension containing at least 100 cells/ml with 9 ml of physiological solution (PS). Obtaining a second dilution (D2) by combining 1 ml of obtained solution D1 with 9 ml PS. Third dilution (D3) is then obtained by combining 1 ml D2 with 9 ml PS. Fourth dilution (D4) is obtained by combining 1 ml of D3 with 9 ml of PS. Fifth dilution (D5) is obtained by combining 1 ml of D4 with 9 ml of PS. Sixth dilution (D6) is obtained by combining 1 ml of D5 with 9 ml of PS. Seventh dilution (D7) is obtained by combining 1 ml of D6 with 9 ml of PS. Method includes administering 1 ml of solution to specified areas of face and/or body requiring rejuvenation procedures, 1 time per week in following mode: D4 solution is introduced in 1st week, D5 - 2nd week, D6 - third week, D7 - 4th week course of rejuvenation course. If continuation of course is necessary, method includes additionally obtaining an 8th dilution (D8) by combining 1 ml of D7 with 9 ml of PS and administering 1 ml of D8 1 time per week in each of defined areas for rejuvenation, but no more than up to 8 weeks inclusive.
EFFECT: method provides shorter time of onset of visible, noticeable cosmetic rejuvenation effects, as well as increased duration of preservation of said effects, regardless of patient's age.
