FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. The method to measure geometric deformations of a turbine component, in particular, a rotor groove or a blade tang, when the turbine component, or the rotor groove or the blade tang accordingly is provided with at least one measuring mark, the specified measuring mark is used as a reference point for definition of certain length during first measurement, the turbine is operated for some period of time, the specified length is again defined during the second measurement using the specified measuring mark as a reference point after the specified period of operation time, and measured lengths are compared.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to define the remaining fatigue endurance at creeping of a rotary component of a turbine stage or a compressor stage.
