FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair method for extension of service life of power turbine disk with corrosion damage. Method of repair for extension of service life of power turbine disk, having corrosion damage, besides, power turbine includes stages and interstage clearances. Method includes a step of performing a first thermal analysis of the initial configuration of the initial disc, which has no corrosion, to determine a first temperature distribution of the stable state. Then mechanically treated disk damaged by corrosion to depth suitable for repair of corrosion, to form mechanically treated disc. Second thermal analysis of the mechanically treated disc is carried out to determine the second distribution of the temperature of the stable state of the mechanically treated disc. First predicted safe cyclic service life (PSCL) is then calculated for axially symmetric features of the disc of the machined disc. Second PSCL is also calculated for herringbone motifs of a mechanically treated disc. Additionally, the quality of the machined disc corresponds to the new disc.

EFFECT: invention provides complete removal of corrosion damage on power turbine discs subjected to low-temperature hot corrosion, thus providing longer service life and safe return of such discs subjected to corrosion during operation.
