FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clock balance (1) with possibility of inertia adjustment, comprising hub (2), rotating relatively to the balance axle (3), and rim (5) connected with said hub (2) using the connecting surface (6). The difference is that the said rim (5) is made as single part with said connecting surface (6) and said hub (2) out of the material suitable for micromechanical machining or silicon, or quartz, or their combination, or their alloy produced under MEMS process, or alloy produced under "LIGA" method; and it includes at least first resilient arm (40) including connecting device (41) made with possibility of interaction in different positions of the connection, with the complementary connecting device (42) in the said rim (5) to form in the connection position of the closed circuit, which inertia relatively to the said balance axle (3) varies in accordance with the said connection positions. The invention also relates to the spring balance or clock with balance of such type.
EFFECT: device with higher Q-factor, at that having minimum possible number of components.
