FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises a static balancing of the wheels fitted on the shaft axle. To transfer the gravity centre to said axle, defined is the required magnitude of resultant moment of unbalance of said set relative to the axle corresponding to the required toe-out between the first main lengthwise axis of inertia of said set and the set axle of the wheels. Then, said set of wheels is revolved at preset rpm about the axle. Resultant unbalance moment with respect to said axle is measured and adjusted unless said moment stays within the predefined tolerance magnitude. Note here that said adjustment is performed by mechanical processing of both sides from the mid plane extending through the centre of inertia of said set of wheels. The set of wheels comprises the shaft and the wheels. Note here that said shaft comprises the flange coupled with said set of wheels to extend radially relative to the shaft and perpendicular to the axle. Said set of wheels comprises the first main lengthwise axis of inertia approximating to or aligned with said axis of the set and two extra main axes of inertia making the mid plane. Said flange comprises multiple moving masses each displacing at the angle to the plane perpendicular to the radial line extending from said axle of the set of wheels, or multiple seats for adjustable moving mass. The position of the latter can be adjusted in said seat in one plane only perpendicular to the radial line extending from said axle of the set of wheels. Claimed set of wheels consists of the actuator, and/or resilient return or repulsion means, and/or magnetic means of return or repulsion, and/or electrostatic return or repulsion means.
EFFECT: higher dynamic accuracy of control.
