SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distribution of assets of wireless communication devices. The method involves the following: provision of an option of distribution for a variety of wireless devices so that it can be possible to participate in distribution of one or more assets of wireless devices; with that, the option of distribution provides users of wireless devices with a possibility of identification of one or more conditions as an introduction for distribution of assets of wireless devices; reception from the wireless device of acceptability of a distribution option, which involves identification of at least one asset of the wireless device, which is subject to distribution according to at least one condition of one or more conditions; holding of an auction with regard to at least one asset of the wireless device with at least one above said condition acting as at least one restricting condition of price offer, which is imposed on the auction.
