SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly devices for regulated stimulation of biologically active skin areas. A thermopunctural device comprises a handle with a thermal action element mounted thereon accommodating a thermoelectric module with its hot junctions contacting a lower base of a metal reservoir upper base of which is apertured in the middle of diametre exceeding that of a heat-balancing plate comprising a disk and levelled with the upper base and being in thermal contact with measuring junctions of the thermoelectric module. The thermal action element is filled with a heat-insulating substance. The metal reservoir is two-walled, and the wall interspace is filled with a working substance of fusion temperature within 30-40°C.

EFFECT: application of the invention allows simplifying design of the device owing to refusal to apply a temperature control system.
