SUBSTANCE: method involves a marginal excision of an involved bone above an affected area. A prepared area of the cortical plate is milled to separate cyst membranes; the cyst membranes and small osseous nasal septa are removed by means of small curettes. Implants having various biodestruction rates are laid into the cavity under a growth plate under control of an image converter; Bone Medik-S chipped sea coral implants are first laid, closely packed with a compactor; then Osteomatrix chipped spongy implants pre-wetted in sterile normal saline are laid in the distal direction from a growth area; the chips are closely packed with the compactor. The filled cavity is laid with the remained portion of the cortical plate; the periosteum is tightly closed; the wound is closed in layers.

EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of recurrence.
