FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics. A periosteum dissection by a half-diameter of a pathologically changed bone is followed by an oblique osteotomy along a periosteum dissection line. An intraosseous resection in a bone cavity is carried out with preserving integrity of the periosteum on a site providing connection of fragments of a segment. In both fragments, pathological tissues are removed to healthy sites of the bone and a sclerosed portion of a coritical layer. The formed cavity is filled with bone spongy allografts combined with demineralised allografts. The bone fragments are matched along an osteotomy line and fixed with K-wires. Additional fixation requires using cortical-spongy allografts inserted perpendicularly to the osteotomy line in various planes.

EFFECT: method provides restoration of the bone structure of the involved extremity segment, prevention of pathological fractures, deformations and shortenings of the involved extremity segment, reduced length of treatment.
