SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely orthopaedics. It involves trepanation of bone and marginal excision of cyst. It is followed with locking intramedullary osteosynthesis and "cotrets" alloplant osteoplasty of the defect.
EFFECT: method allows reducing intraosseous pressure inside the cyst, ensures disappearance of painful pulses, prevents risk of pathologic fracture and provides possibility of complete support on an injured extremity.
