FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device for hydraulic stamping of hollow parts out of tube blanks contains pressure transducer of the work liquid inside the tube blank, secured on the movable carriage, and connected with channel for liquid supply in the blank cavity, transmitters measuring force of blank deformation, installed in the hydraulic lines of the axial pressing and booster cylinders, transmitters measuring the line movement of stocks of the hydraulic cylinders of seating and boosting, programmable recorder connected with the transmitters and electric drives of the distributors by the direct and feedback link. The suggested device ensures production and keeping in the storage device of the parameters characterising the process of the hydraulic stamping out of the tube blanks, and provides the possibility to simulate, to determine optimal values of the basic parameters of the hydraulic stamping, and setting of the equipment regulators.

EFFECT: reduced time required for the equipment setting and reduced number of test stampings reduce prime cost of the produced parts, and comparison of the registered parameters of the processes with reference parameters in real time simplifies monitoring procedure and improves the parts quality.
