FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to stamping of the hollow parts from the tubular blanks by hydrostatic pressure shaping. Device comprises a press with the bed, wherein the hydraulic cylinders of axial compression of the blanks with rods are set, equipped with puncheons, a table with the lower half-matrix placed on it, crossbar with the upper half-matrix fixed on it, hydraulic system, multiplier, a programmable controller and a control sensor of the blank filling switching on connected with it and a control sensor of shaping completion. Besides, the device is equipped with an electric-contact manometer to control the activation of operating speed of puncheons of axial compression hydraulic cylinders, that is fixed on one of said rods, is connected with channel for liquid supply into preform cavity, and is connected to the programmable controller.

EFFECT: using the invention provides optimum technological parameters of the hydraulic stamping, improve quality of the parts and considerably reduce the number of process wastes.
