FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: Amoxiclav is inserted in a single dose of 1.2 g 15 minutes before skin incision. During the first five postoperative days, blood is intravenously exposed to the laser light generated by the Solaris apparatus with the helium-neon light for 15 minutes daily. The wave length of the exposure is 0.63 nm; output radiation power is 1.5 mW.
EFFECT: improving the clinical course of the postoperative period, reducing the rate of infectious-inflammatory complications by normalising regulatory mechanisms, reducing drug load on the obstetric patients in the postoperative period.
